Ti-Anna Wang is passionate about human rights and access to justice.
Ti-Anna started her career as an insolvency lawyer at one of Canada’s leading law firms. She represented debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions. She then partnered with Times Wang to build a human-rights-focused litigation boutique.
Like Times, Ti-Anna’s worldview is shaped by the imprisonment of her father, Wang Bingzhang, a Chinese pro-democracy activist. She has spent years bringing attention to human rights issues in China, speaking on global platforms and collaborating with international NGOs.
Ti-Anna excels in her legal practice by combining empathy, creativity, and pragmatic problem-solving skills. She is proficient in Mandarin and French.
Ti-Anna serves on the board of the North River Legal Fund, a non-profit dedicated to supporting impact litigation that promotes democratic values, protects human rights, and challenges the influence of authoritarian regimes. Ti-Anna lives in Toronto.
Ti-Anna is admitted to the Ontario bar. She is not yet admitted to any bar in the United States, and is practicing in D.C. under the supervision of principals of the firm who are members in good standing of the D.C. bar.
